Enchantment Regained: Finding Balance in an Era of Transition Leadership

Prepare to find your center and rediscover your passion among other forward-thinking educators who recognize the need to reframe their places within their respective learning communities. This course will use Santa Fe, with its unique culture, history, and landscape, as the backdrop for reflection on professional practice and dialogue about work/life balance. Participants will be led through a series of activities and excursions that will provide the opportunity for self-assessment and dialogue on leadership. The goal is to help participants regain perspective, strengthen resolve, and achieve greater clarity about their sense of professional purpose and their work/life balance.
