Chris Chakeres

Chris Chakeres recently returned to teaching Middle School Science after a decade in administration. Chris received a MA in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University and has happily and successfully transitioned between many roles including teaching elementary, middle, and upper school, leading middle and upper school divisions, and coaching students, colleagues, and teachers. He loves what school communities can do for young people and adults alike, and he strives to find the best in others and collaborate with them to bring those qualities out. Chris loves spending time outdoors with his wife and two young sons.
